SO the YALC Authors were released a few weeks ago, its a great line up of which most books were on my TBR for the year anyway .Today i’m going to share my ambitious TBR of 17 books to read before YALC weekend.


  • The million pieces of Neena Gill by Emma smith barton : I have just finished and my review will be going up shortly.
  • The year i didn’t eat by Samuel Pollen
  • A good girls guide to murder by Holly Jackson: Which is my current read and WOW i am loving it.
  • The truth about keeping secrets by Savannah Brown
  • Oh my gods by Alexandra
  • All the lonely people by David Owen
  • Starfish by Akemi Dawn Bowman
  • A girl called shameless by Laura Steven
  • Tulip Taylor by Anna Mainwaring
  • I was born for this by Alice Oseman
  • Every colour of you by Amelia Mandeville
  • Sing like no ones listening by Venessa Jones
  • Meat market by Juno Dawson : (out in the UK 30th May)
  • Alex in wonderland by Simon James Green ( out in the UK 6th June)
  • Paper hearts society by Lucy Powrie (out in the UK 13th June and have already preordered)
  • The boxer by Nikesh Shukla (out in the UK 27th June)
  • All the things we never said by Yamin Rahman ( out in the UK 11th July)

There are also 3 books that i’m hoping will be available at YALC for early purchase or an opportunity to win.

  1. No Big Deal by Bethany Rutter (out in the UK 8th August)
  2. Black Flamingo by Dean Atta (out in the UK 8th August)
  3. The places i’ve cried in public by Holly Bourne (out int eh UK 3rd October)
