Six for Sunday: Books Set in a School

Hello,

Today i’m sharing 6 books set in a school. Most of these are probably going to be mg as i absolutely loved this sort of book when i was younger.

First up is Malory towers by Enid Blyton. This series was my absolute favourite when i was about 7-8. I loved Enid Blyton’s style of writing but i loved this series in particular.

Thats not what happened by Kody Keplinger was such a heartbreaking story of a school shooting and how the survivors came together which is the reality for a lot of Americans.

Wonder by R J Palacio  (yet again) is a great MG book where a boy with a facial disfigurement starts school again tackles bullying and making friends.

Speak by Laurie Halse Anderson (the book) is an emotional read and i am very excited to read the new graphic novel version when it arrives!

Goodbye Perfect by Sara Barnard followed a student who ran away during GCSE’s and her friend still at school. This is personally my favourite of Sara’s books but i love all of them as she is one of my favourite authors.

Love and first sight by Josh Sundquist was a hopeful book following a blind boys first day/year at school following the ups and downs of his life.

Thank you for reading my blog, have you read any fo these books? Comment below your favourite book set in a school and any support is appreciated <3.
